Abhi is a yoga enthusiast and a firm believer in the healing powers of yoga. Abhi’s teaching style is easy going and cheerful, yet challenging. Abhi completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training with the intention of bringing more discipline to his personal practice. Along with creating body, breath and movement awareness, he also discovered that he felt more grounded and peaceful in his daily life. This further inspired Abhi to promote and spread the practice of Yoga. He is excited to bring his lessons to the mat and says “Teaching opens up unlimited avenues for me to acknowledge, learn and develop the skills needed to be an effective educator.
