Jennifer Holen-Wisnowski

Jennifer is a career educator of French language and movement . She is a certified Pilates instructor who focusses on functional movement that allows for grace , alignment and core strength .  She also is a certified Mindfulness Meditation facilitator using various techniques including breath work and other mindfulness practices to allow individuals to bring a calm, centred balance into their everyday lives . In her own personal yoga practice, she combines both movement and mindfulness to create quiet strength .
