Ping is the creator of TaijiQi Yoga, a unique combination of asanas, Tai Chi and energy movement. Her progressive program builds a solid foundation on breathwork, balance and awareness that help to awaken the “Qi” (life force) within each student. Ping believes that clearing emotional blockages in the chakras can help energy flow freely within the body, allowing self-healing to take place. Ping completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Ruth van der Voort (owner of the Yoga Conference) and has travelled internationally to study under renowned author and teacher Donna Farhi. In 2016, Ping started her Tai Chi study with Yan Zhigang and become a disciple of the Tai Chi Grand Master Chen Zhenglei in 2018.
