Sheila Hosseini

Sheila is passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies though Pilates, and also works as a Human Resource Professional.  She has been teaching private and group Pilates classes in Toronto for the last three years, and has been practising for over ten years. Sheila's classes focus on building strength through functional movement patterns, to create more confidence, balance and a general sense of well-being.  She believes that your body changes your mind, and your mind changes your body.
